I have a passion for helping people achieve their goal to live in their dream home. I specialize in giving older homes a second chance. I guess you could say that being around sports my whole life, I have an affinity for the underdog. It is a true honor, to find properties that others have given up on and transform them to the best house on the block. 

This passion was born from my personal experience building my dream house, alongside a corporate building company in 2017.  I noticed so many pieces of that project were negatively impacted from the overabundance of people involved, all of which who’s highest priority was their own agenda. It took countless amounts of lost time and money to redo work that was lost in translation along the way. This was a hassle, and I didn’t feel heard. I founded Aspyn Homes as a way for this process to improve.

As a licensed real estate agent, I can be your one stop shop. I can help you find your, move in ready, perfect home or together we can find a not-so-perfect home and transform it into something you have always dreamed of. I am gifted in my ability to listen and collaborate, while serving you in a way that keeps your priorities at the greatest importance. I am the design team, I am the construction company, and I am your real estate agent.  I am your one point of contact throughout the entire process.

I specialize in simple, modern, yet classic design style. I offer custom design services for a single room, all the way to custom building the entire home. My ability to complete projects with precision is unprecedented. I believe the details are imperative and that every choice is made with a purpose.
